have tried to better my position and been ignored for 2 years. finally got position i wanted a month ago. doesnt do much for yout employees when you know they want a position and yet you keep hiring from outside the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
a lot. respecting the little people eo start would be nice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was with one person who would be my direct supervisor, not someone i w ould never deal with
What are some of the best things about your team?
when you have a couple of good people to work with you get stuff accomplished and can still have a good time and pass the shift quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
other divisions of the company get paid more and treated better than us at the store level who deal with the customers and complaints on a daily basis.
