
morale needs to be improved i'm so defeated just walking in those doors
there was nothing to like it was an interview ,it wasn't bad but it wasn't fun either, Interviews are not fun, you are selling yourself for a job.
a willingness to try and do their best even though they know its all futile meaning they know no matter what they do its never going to be good enough. pretty sad.
constant shelf outs & not enough associates to take care of the store we are constantly having to take a person from point "A" to go take care of point "F" because there is no one in point "F" OR point "Z" for that matter. they have the store stretched too thin
they used to take so much better care of the associates and the CEO's & VP's know this! they are so worried about their own bottom line that they have no clue about the little guys, how about stop wasting millions of dollars on the shareholders meetings and put that money back to your associates.
