The most positive would be the variety of people that are employed by my work. It is awesome that they aren't picky on who they hire.
What makes you most happy at work?
The chance to meet new people meaning customers and trying to make each customer leave with a smile. One good deed could change someones who day or more.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be more concerned with availability and attendance then they are how someone looks. I have seen them deny some of the best workers ever because of how they looked and hire pretty skinny girls that always call out.
