Its been great thus far. No complaints other than a few rude customers now and then, but thats not really related to/my companies fault.

Meeting the new people everyday, working with my co-workers who've become good friends.

You get to meet people from all walks of life and get to know your regulars like family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together effectively. We all know and do our assignment tasks and get things done at a faster pace than most other teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight, simple and to the point. No unnecessary items were discussed and I knew right then and there if I had the job
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package offers me a fair hourly rate, paid vacations, and sick leave. I also get health, dental, and vision coverage. As an added bonus, I get a regular chunk of my check going towards a retirement fund.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working at Walmart has been a rewarding and challenging experience. As an organization, they operate efficiently, and make time for family events when making my schedule. Additionally, I receive a fair pair for the work I do, and theres never a lack of work. Breaks distributed fairly as is work duty
