Full time hours, holiday pay, vacation time that really accrues, sick time without being penalized. Stop capping wages on employees when they have given you 10, 15 or more years of their life!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay Holiday pay instead of straight time. If someone is sick 3 days it should be one occurrence not 3. Quit attempting to make more profit at the cost of the lowest man on the totem pole.
