It is a job but some of the management team needs to be more understanding and friendly

It was easy and onky a few questions they asked and they let you know right then if you got the job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers that are regulars and you have gotten to know and a few of the other workers that make it bearable to be there
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be on time stop taking longer breaks and do their work with out someone having to hold their hand and stop complaining all the time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they paid more by the hour since they work some of us for 2 weeks straight without any days off and gave us better benefits other then 20 percent off our purchases
