So far it's been good, the work load can get pretty intense during the weekends, but as long as everyone does there part, things go smooth. My team is great, and the leaders are helpful and informative. The incentives, which comes often, are the best and usually come with delicious cousine!

Teamwork between our department is positive because everyone feels equal and that no one is doing more work than others.

The person who interviewed me, who was the assistant store manager, did a great job of keeping the interview light, while providing detailed info about the job.

My team does a good job of supporting each other and helping out when things get hectic. Members will often pick up the slack volunteeringly, to improve the overall operations of our department. This works great because everything feels fair, thus leading to better attitudes and work!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a great job of communicating and giving clearn and precise directions. If you are unsure of something, they'll be sure to find someone to assist you, or do it themself. Every morning, the manageers lead an exercise routine, while giving employees info about upcoming events.
