It's not bad, better then most on the outside, good sales, and what not but the upper level employees take advantage of the fact they don't have to do much and direct lower level employees to even do there job sometimes. It's just to lax and complacent and that is not a good thing for the company
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting my pay or going on lunch or not having to go.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick, they didn't have me waiting till a manager was ready to see me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good security and it's in a good area so not much crime and it's just feels safe
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Getting to work on time and if the management would manage us better we could work more efficient
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at leasing instead of telling other to do what they don't want to themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not much room for growth unless you have connections and more frequent pay raises of more than 50 cents every 6 months as well
