Safety... Culture the company is diverse, Environment they work at.
Opinion of my department could be valued more since I'm the one who keeps it to store satisfaction raises equivilent to show I have complied to request and changes
When I look down my aisles and see the conformaty and detail I put in before moving on to the next and feel that's acceptable because they they do judge your work by night's end
They didn't just look at your credentials they dipped into your personal interactions as far as customer relations and I believe I accell there by going the distance to make a customer satisfied while boosting the company's reputation.
A lot of them are younger and they dont really care to do required work, or help out co workers to benefit the greater good, and are often rude to customers in which case they seek out someone from other departments which in turn takes me away from specific timed duties.
