It is a reliable job. The work is fair. I don't think we are overworked, but the pay is low.

The lighting is good. The customers can be pushy, but they are mostly polite.

They took time to know my name. They asked relevant questions about my experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not get much more than the minimum wage. I think the wage should be $15/hr.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my tasks are possible. Sometimes I have to stock an area and we don't have the stock in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team works hard and does not shirk. They do their work and don't make extra work for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to help, but the corporate policies limit what they can do for us. Wages are low and raises are few. Benefits are low.
