In every store the associates unite together and support eachother like a family.

Everyone is doing the job of 2 or more people at once especially in service areas. I have worked in 7 stores on the east coast and midwest and its consistent
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone is stressed out. Sometimes tensions peak and people snap at eachother. There is pressure to perform and work is done quickly and hap-hazardly. No time to stop and think or improve on things as a manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Out of necessity a culture is developing at store level that is burning out employees and salaried managers. We are cutting hours and that is effecting employee moral and customer experience just to save on the budget. Visit a chick-fil-a and see in person that the more associates you have th better
