Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with Walmart for over a year and I am cross trained in different front-end areas. I am constantly being asked by new managers, managers they have hired from the outside, how to do their jobs. Walmart could have promoted, but they took people from the outside. It is very frustrating!
