Be on the same page from top to bottom...Hire for sales floor and operator position...Take care if issues!!!Need I say more!!!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am a jewelry associate and love it but the last 2 years I have to be operator for most of my shifts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Allow us to use our sick time and not make us use our pto first then sick when we are taking care of a family member.
