Multiple levels of management did the interview

Most of the associates are friendly

We are understaffed per their rules and don't get are tasks done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that the warehouse workers should make so much more then the people who unload the trucks and get hit by heavy freight regularly
