Everybody knows each other so nobody feels any way about someone becuause we all there to do the same to get tht money
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work...we can work better together reaching our shipping goal of 100000+ units but manager make us do overtime juss cuz they feel like it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They expect us to only go in the computers and do computer work on the click and at the same time keep out line clear which is almost imposible...to mske tht better allow us to do computer work off the clock
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They work us so hard in shipping with a 20 min and a 15 min break which isnt enough to properly digest the food and have s good break...to make tht better extend the breaks to a 30 min and a 25 min break
