I like that the leadership team gets the job done day to day.

The ability to be able to laugh and be kind to people and help customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the starting rate.. You cant really go anywhere in retail that the starting rate is what it is.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think that some of the team gets things done and are understanding while others can get in the power trip role and nothing gets done.
