I would like to see a whole new management team from the store manager to department managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being bias, retaliative, greet employees, and not favoring employees that will vouch for them even when they are doing wrong.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management at the store is bias, mean, rude, do not smile until Regional management pops up to check on the store, and shows favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never was appreciated for my honest, sincere, and detailed work. I would feel better if someone would step up and let corporate know what kind of general manager they have running their store.
