You get a part of I share, on my if the store make money and if management decided to share
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone is working, only one person on charge in my dept. Not getting orders from various people. I also must say the customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nobody Is on the same page. I was told to do one thing, then run into a co manager who said do this and both team managers are angry, no structure on management
