Being allowed to do my job without interference from management because of policy and my determination to follow it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In a specialized area, but not receiving but few cents more than new hirees or basic cashiers. Management receives very large bonuses for their work behind the scenes, where those of us who interact with customers on a daily basis (face of the store) are paid little or no bonuses.
