even though I had tears of management experience I was forced to start at an entry-level position. so far it has taken years to move up and I'm still coming short of my previous pay/benefits package.

overall the majority lack drive, motivation and ambition.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
faster background checks and competitive pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, training, and empathy, could all be improved
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
benefits, compensation and customer surveys having weight on potential bonuses
What do you like best about your company?
it is very profitable and I doubt it will be going away anytime soon
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
some of the biggest problems would be surrounded favoritism, also rules, and policies constantly change
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
being questioned and undermined while the following company policy, is bad enough but it would have been nice to be paid more due to experience and annual raises would be nice
