I've been with the company for a long time and for the first ten years it wasn't so bad but now things are terrible. Walmart is all about change,but they want to change things that don't need to be and the associates are the ones who suffer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The one on one with the manager interviewing you.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co workers need to be team players, you get more done working as a team then trying to tackle everything on your own.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At my store we have associates that no more then the management, so the leadership team isn't all that, their are a few good managers though.
