There is too much work for the amount of associates during my shift. If something doesn't get done the store manager is not understanding and usually the supervisors end up taking the blame. Because of that I would never consider being a supervisor; just not to deal with the store manager.

They are very flexible when it comes to adjusting the schedule.

Most of the coworkers lack that urgency when working and are too laid back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It varies on the amount of work there is, sometimes it's hectic and other times it's not.
What makes you most happy at work?
The amount of knowledge I have learned and knowing I work hard. But usually by the end of the day I leave demoralized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the time when another associate isn't able to finish their task, another associate, a more reliable one has to pick up the slack and it doesn't get recognized.
