better assessments - less reliant on bias people or interviewers who select people they know

we work together to get things done, we don't have issues pushing back on eachother.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the equity is really good as is my base pay however we are not all equally compensated
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the executives are trying to push diversity and inclusion - there are a few pockets that just don't understand and will never be open.
