Some of them are good workers & we help each other & care about each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
My friends & when I get to do projects or ordering in my department. Plus I like helping customers & making my department look good & well stocked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in as many areas as needed not just my assigned area. I always reply to help at registers when others don't but make the same amount as I do.. Also, when I'm finished cleaning my department at night, I have to aid in other areas others are too lazy to do theirs & aren't punished, same pay?
