Helping the customers and putting a smile on their face.
Hard workers don't get a second look because of so many slackers. It's hard not to want to cut corners and slack too.
I work well with all of them, but some of them just get better treatment. I don't judge them or talk about it with them. It's not their fault the manager is the way they are.
