It's alway the same thing each day for the same wage and often time not able to look forward to moving up in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a multi-billion dollar company that we make much more money for than what we are paid. The least we can get is a semi-decent wage.
