the HR were super nice from start to the finish of orientation....after that they treat you like trash

if we were treated better im sure we would all feel better about being at work and not be so crabby
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they understaff their stores and make sure you never reach 40 hours. not to mention give you a random schedule for a random number of hours every week regardless of your requests or restrictions. slow to cross train. hires a lot of drugheads
