The low end supervisors are awful, but the head store manager is amazing.

Actually interview people and not hire anyone who will work for low pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make you pay half your check to your benefits and you barely recieve any help as far as insurance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're rude. They're lazy. They only go to work for a check so they don't take pride in their work. They don't rotate stock so we had items that were 3+ years expired on the shelves.
