We really don't have a team. morality is down big time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing much right now. Big changes are coming and morality is down.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Scheduling is terrible, not enough associates for SCOs. Customers hate to check themselves out
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really didn't have a typical interview. I was pretty much hired on the spot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little recognition would be nice. Being a cashier in the frontend, most people don't have a clue what we have to put up with. We have to be friendly while the customers are yelling at us, we are their family when they need a hug or shoulder to cry on, but no one sees that.
