What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love working at Walmart. I don't like being a cashier bc you are stuck in one spot and the customers are usually nice but you have to interact with the rude ones at the cash register. When you work in apparel or stocking you still have to deal with customers but they are usually nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you were to be paid based on the amount of work you actually have to do that would make it a way better place to work. You have to pick up a lot of peoples slack when they do not come to work. Plus the customers make a really big mess and usually the managers don't care if anyone cleans it up.
