Overall my experience has been positive but there is definitely room for improvement do to some changes with scheduling that often leave us short handed

They're willing to listen to suggestions on day to day decisions to improve outcome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises have been reduced substantially over the last 5 years and bonuses are pay grade rather then actual work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team work well together to accomplish our tasks and we try to help each other out when possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we are fully staffed and have enough coverage to allow us to get the work done without having to run ourselves ragged
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to get along and work as a team to give the customer the vest experience possible and we back each other up
