My overall experience is good. I like the people I work with, I like working with the public,and other than the hourly wage not being high enough, the management at my store tries to work with us.

The person who interviewed me was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and I get along great, so that makes it a positive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to work with people on their schedules, switching with other people when necessary, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, my coworkers make me happy, and I really do like working with the customers .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The administration doesn't go out of their way to make us workers feel valued, and I, and a lot of my coworkers, have to work overtime to make ends meet. Making enough to only have to work 40 hours would be nice.
