Not one person does all the work, we all do it evenly. The customer is our number one goal to make happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Through personal experience, my Walmart family comes together for an associate in need. I was in a flood and lost almost everything, because I wasn't there 365 days, walmart itself coudnt help me. rules are riules, the associates all pitched in and at least I have a floor again in a room
