Not good when I was first hired I looked forward to going to work now its like I have to talk myself into going

The customers are the best

stop standing around talking when there are 3 CSM and having only 1 cash register open

they hire you for a job then give you more and more todo and also do yours

Not much they ask where do you want to go in the company and say they will get some one to work with you but nothing happend
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Keep your work and do not change the way things are done and not tell everyone. Thet just let us find out on our own . Day after it goes into effect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They day will start off good but then it starts going down hill. We get scheduled for 51/2hrs, and they will send you to break before 2 hrs then you have to stand over 3 hrs. You get tired .
