Management doesn't care about their employees at all. I was injured at work and management couldn't be bothered to fill out the paperwork so that I could go to the doctor. I could barely walk but was expected to continue working. My manager told me that she didn't believe that I was hurt at all

Replace the management with decent human beings who actually care about their employees

The people that I work with who aren't in management care about each other

After 8 years I am only making $1 more than someone who just started with the company
