Not yelling at employees,time management,scheduling enough staff,not playing favorites and working.

We do not get paid enough to take the abuse from entitled customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers are rude and we should be able to tell them how we feel and not be reprimanded for it because people need to learn not to be rude.
