Terrible job that I truly only stayed at because I needed the job.

Better pay and better treatment to all of its employees instead of just focusing on money.

Such a long process to work their the online training is really uncalled for and doesnt teach you anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Walmart always seems to attract the worst type of customers ever and the management team above us never knows how to handle those situations properly, creating a negative space for everyone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my coworkers seemed equally as miserable to be there as I was. Most people did their jobs as best as they could, while others really did nothing and always got away with it due to poor supervision and management.
