understanding it's employees are people not machines that higher pay rates are needed in the lower rung

low pay sets up for a generalized de-motivation atmosphere increase in realistic work hours and pay raise for stockers ect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
never full over time potential always juggle hours so that full time as such is only 35 hours so higher pay is not even on the table via increase in shift time over all pay needs to be raised
