I used to have an overwhelmingly positive view of the company, however recently sweeping negative decisions have severely impacted my view including unnecessary and poorly handled massive layoffs taking away my faith and trust as well as changing hours that are universally disliked detrimental.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing in particular. General positivity I suppose

It was quick and painless.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers generally work fine together. I just don't like to interact with people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its enough to maintain security as well as give a sense of extra well being.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I know I am being paid for the time I'm putting in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
on a micro level they do very well and are friendly and encourage good work. The higher up management are out of touch with employees and often make very bad decisions that negatively impact the workers.
