I need a job.. Wal Mart hires a lot.. so I work there for my pay so i can live.. it is not a happy place to work.

My co Workers are stressed out. Wal Mart can do that.

The store is like a zoo and I stay tired and no I do not enjoy working there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Wal Mart oes not have the most considerate managers over others. They hire a lot of people but they are hard to work for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are grumpy.. They take it out on workers and Wal Mart insist we take it. then Wal Mart and upper management push us to move at a faster pace constantly.
