The overall experience at this company was very poor. Once I started working, I quickly realized that the store was very understaffed for the workload, which put a lot of stress and strain on everyone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Telling the truth and not falsifying injury reports.

Stop over working everyone and the attitudes would be much better

Bring moral up to par and stop overworking everyone- Walmart is extremely understaffed

The interview was to the point and very informative concerning the job I was intially hired for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Walmart expects your to do your work and everyone else's too. Higher pay for middle management and free insurance for employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store is very understaffed and the employees are always in too much of a hurry to be able to assist customers with their needs. Hire more people to work and don't put such a high work load on each employee
