Despite for store management our team really pulls together to make up for leadership and take control of the department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The home office team is amazing. They truly are constantly looking to improve the company and the work environment. My in-store management team is very unethical. Far too many lines are crossed on a daily basis.
