I need some better managements effort
What are some of the best things about your team?
They try there very best under time and stress they are put under
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No conversation among each other and everyone think they know what's right and wrong for everyone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of there associates and give them some respect to the hardworkers we have and choice to stay through it all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 5 sections by myself with returns and zoning. I don't get help unless they feel I do which feels like not much. Although, I manage it well its stress building up on me and not caring about my and other situations
