What are some of the best things about your team?
we hear what sales are and how much we have to do to top the previous day/week sales.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
certain days when certain members of management are off. when we don't have company coming from home office
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to be proud to go to work for walmart, now all the negativity and customers complaining about our "children" members of management. Its sad and hard to keep the positivity up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid enough for the work we do for 8 hours everyday. It's hard to get an extra day off .But if the sales are down they send us home.
