helping my customers search for their chosen items. and seeing how happy it makes them.

They treat us regular employees as people rather than just bottom lines or paths to achieving the bottom line.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole store is like a huge family we support each other just because we are humans and not animals and I believe our customers see it and feel it as well
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have a program available to me that if I am injured at work and have to take time off due to that injury I can still receive a paycheck of somewhat due to my condition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is like a small family and we watch out for each other when I had unexplained pain in my feet, every one of my team helped me to get through the shift. I too have helped them with different things to help them in times of great need.
