I applied for a job at Walmart because I wanted to be a part of something great...a household name. But the supervisors and managers have GOT to change the way the communicate with the associates! You can ask ANY associate about this...we all feel the same way. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!!!!!

Can't think of an answer for this one.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and easy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very organized in the back with incoming freight getting out to the floor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works very hard, despite the way we are treated on a daily basis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop bullying, intimidating, and talking down to us as if we were prison inmates!!! Stop insulting our intelligence, and try a little kindness and respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
One of the only things that gives me pride and satisfaction at work, is when a customer comes to me with questions, and they walk away grateful and happy!
