Staffing needs to be improved, to protect our patients.

We don't tear each other down or make each other feel bad.

Because we do so much more than what I'm being paid for.

I love that most of us are there for each other when needed.

I love that we all work together and she makes work so easy when she's there.

I would look forward to it more if I knew we had more people to help us.

I liked that i knew all of the answers to the questions because I have been doing the job for so long.
