People skills, They are rude and belittle associates. Constantly expect you to do more and do it faster. Your best is never enough. They never hold the ones accountable that need to be held accountable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hold management and supervisors accountable. Have them actually work. instead of walking around talking. hire supervisors/management that can handle the stress of the job. Hold lazy associates accoutable. stop jumping all over the associates working hard. Go back to the old attendance policy 9 point
