Walmart provided me an opportunity to work and make a decent wage. My hard work was noticed, appreciated and rewarded through promotions. Overall a positive experience that I am grateful for. Though losing vacation time due to miss managed scheduling and always being understaffed is a drawback.

Management. I would hope regional and corporate would pay more attention to management.
