What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is supportive and in tune with the needs of the associates working under him. He is willing to work with you when you need special considerations in scheduling (within reason).
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been a while, but I felt that the interviewee was open and honest about what the job entailed. She gave me all of the details I needed to make a decision as to whether or not to take the job, and made sure I was placed in the area that I would fit best.
